New 4-Lane Arterial Road Construction – Three Oaks Extension North

A significant infrastructure project is underway in Lee County with the construction of a new 4-lane divided arterial road. This road will span 3.5 miles, connecting Daniels Parkway to the Three Oaks Parkway Extension at Fiddlesticks Canal. Upon completion, the road will serve as a vital north-south corridor, easing traffic congestion and improving connectivity between Lee County and Collier County.

  • Total Cost: $104,915,390
  • Current Status: Design Phase
  • Planned Start Date: January 2024
  • Estimated Completion Date: December 2029

Phases of Construction:

      • Phase 1: Expected to be complete by late summer 2025.
  • Phase 2: Construction is anticipated to begin in spring 2025 or earlier.

This Lee DOT project is critical for enhancing the region’s infrastructure and addressing the growing transportation needs of the community.
